How support shows up
Delivering findings to clients to ensure client understanding of the assessment decision and clear direction to particular items of corrective action where appropriate. Reporting recommendations in accordance with BSI policy, procedures and prescribed time frame. Maintaining overall account responsibility and accountability for nominated accounts to ensure an effective partnership, whilst ensuring excellent service delivery and account grow.
What needs to be in place
- A minimum of 4 years’ industry experience gained within a product manufacturing environment and with an emphasis on quality management or product certification.
- Ideally qualified within an engineering or manufacturing related subject.
- Previous experience in product assessment or auditing, against standards.
