This Veeva Regulatory Information Management (RIM) Submissions role is focused on providing cross-functional support to internal teams, including Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
How the role is set up
Product Experts play a key role in the product organization, supporting software product managers specializing in Submissions, Submissions Archive and Publishing applications. Product Experts represent the product organization in online communities, customer meetings and at industry events.
Where someone would start
Provide cross-functional support to internal teams, including Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support. Contribute to best practices and process recommendations within the Veeva RIM product suite. Be the customer advocate for future product innovations. Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback, feeding these insights into roadmap strategy and release planning.

What is expected
- Experience in interacting with customers from business users, IT departments, and executive suite, as well as internal teams, both in-person and remote.
- Experience performing software demonstrations and creating engaging videos.
- 5+ years within the regulatory industry for life sciences in Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Affairs, or related area. Note that typical candidates will often come from Submissio.
