Practical details

• Discretionary Performance-Related Annual Bonus of up to 10% (Cash) and 5% (Shares) based on your gross annual salary.
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Start your weekend early!).
• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Shift pattern: Weekends.

What needs to be in place

• Experience making decisions and communicating this to leadership and the team around you.
• You have a strong passion for Product: you have 2 years + of product experience.
• This means deposits held across these accounts would be eligible for a total of £85,000 of FSCS protection ONLY.
