Product Manager

Product Manager focuses on deliver safe, reliable and efficient financial crime and operational workflows across customer facing and internal channels.

What the role involves

• Deliver safe, reliable and efficient financial crime and operational workflows across customer facing and internal channels.
• Build, go to market where relevant, and ongoing optimisation post launch.
• Deliver measurable improvements to service, productivity and quality.
• Design, Operations, Financial Crime, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance and the leadership team to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Skills and requirements

• Proven ability to lead end to end product delivery across financial crime, operations or automation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Product, Technology, Data, Operations, Risk and Compliance.
• Experience improving operational workflows, reducing manual effort and delivering automation at scale.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast moving environment.
