Product Manager

Product Manager focuses on contribute to the strategy and direction of travel for the civica pensions product set.

What the role involves

• Contribute to the strategy and direction of travel for the Civica Pensions product set.
• Socialise the pensions product direction of travel with stakeholders and customers.
• Prioritise the pensions enhancements (Software & regulatory change) in line with market and business priorities.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to define and refine the product roadmap.
• Design, marketing, commercial, and customer success teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Hands-on approach to defining and prioritising product requirements to guide the engineering process.

Skills and requirements

• Care, over 5,000 public bodies across the globe use our software to provide essential services to over 100 million citizens.
• Must have strong experience of Product managing of Pensions software solutions.
• Strong product management experience, working in a modern software or product led organisation.
• Experience operating with Agile development methodologies to manage product development and collaborate with engineering teams.
