• We work together to really drive forward a ‘Customer First’ ethos, creating unforgettable package holidays and flights.
• Partner with business stakeholders including Marketing and Trade teams to lead Product coordination of marketing activities, ensuring clear requirements and timelines to enable smo.
• Develop broad commercial awareness and work closely with the Product Seasonal team to understand commercial priorities and opportunities, translating these into the team’s ways of.
• Provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders and act as the first escalation and remedy point for issues related to Product-related marketing activity.
• Performance manage the team owning performance reviews, feedback and formal development.

Skills and requirements

• Lead a small team in the delivery of all Product-related marketing, brochure production and event fulfilment tasks, as required.
• Proven experience in marketing campaign co-ordination or fulfilment, leading a team to deliver multiple concurrent activities accurately and on time.
• Previous people management experience, with the ability to lead.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
