# About You
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. Experience working as a Product Owner in a SAFe or scaled Agile environment
2. Strong backlog management and user story writing skills
3. Experience delivering data or analytics products
4. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
5. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
6. Understanding of value-driven delivery and outcome measurement **Desirable criteria** 1. Experience in Higher Education or complex public sector environments
2. Knowledge of data platforms, data governance, and reporting tools
3. Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO)
4.
