Product Quality Assistant

Product Quality Assistant focuses on duplicate search to locate initial tc report.

What the role involves

• Duplicate search to locate initial TC report.
• Adding any additional information into case e.g. reporter full address.
• Adding description of what products have been returned into case and coding batch number.
• Weekly preparing a shipment of all returned products to send to HQ – arranging Courier.
• Keeping a log of all requests for financial reimbursement from pharmacies.
• Printing and sending results of investigation to customers.

Confirmed role details

• Must be within a commutable distance to Gatwick, UK (fully office based, 5 days a week).
