Production Coordinator focuses on supporting unscripted and movies projects across all stages from development through production, post-production, delivery and launch.

What the role involves

  • Supporting unscripted and movies projects across all stages from development through production, post-production, delivery and launch.
  • Managing daily trackers, department templates, and production guidelines, ensuring they are maintained per studio requirements.
  • Supporting the Production team with budget analysis and cost reporting.
  • Process approvals with Business Affairs, Legal, and Finance.
  • Maintaining a checklist for each show to ensure major milestones are met (e.g., budget lock, budget approval, kick-off calls, deliverables, international filming activity).
  • Coordinating production kick-off calls for each individual project.

Skills and requirements

  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of the production process, especially unscripted content and film.
  • Experience in senior level leadership support.
