As a Production Engineering & Test Manager, the work centres on own complex root‑cause investigations (8D, FMEA, SPC, Fishbone). It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Where ownership sits
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing engineering team, driving performance accountability. Apply structured lean methodologies – VSM, 5S, Standard Work, Kaizen, SMED, visual management.
What the role carries
Own complex root‑cause investigations (8D, FMEA, SPC, Fishbone). Ensure processes meet AS9100 and high‑reliability aerospace standards. Leading the team to deliver across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Service KPIs.

What the role depends on
- Experience with MCM, Thick Film Hybrid or PCBA technologies.
- 2–5+ years in Production or Manufacturing Engineering (or relevant technical leadership).
- Strong AS9100 and regulated manufacturing knowledge.
