Requirements

• Managing performance of team members and identify those who have the interest and ability to progress.
• Cover essential elements of Production Manager and Team Leader Role in the event of absence.
• Need to be an experienced manager or supervisor within the food manufacturing or similar industry and possess knowledge of lean processes and problem-solving techniques.
