Production Line Leader focuses on ensuring that all finished products and donor stocks always maintain their traceability and in accordance with the culina ips production and quality procedures.

What the role involves

• Ensuring that all finished products and donor stocks always maintain their traceability and in accordance with the Culina IPS Production and Quality Procedures.
• Effectively maximising production efficiency, to ensure plans are met on a hourly/daily basis.

Skills and requirements

• Ability to communicate in a positive and clear manner.
• Knowledge of company procedures and actively demonstrates compliance.
• Able to positively lead a team of people (temporary labour).
• Recognises and promotes the importance of continuous improvement.

Confirmed role details

• Is a permanent Full Time role working Monday to Friday rotating shifts (06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00).
