- Develop a high‑performing production team, with clear expectations, accountability, and ongoing skills development.
- Own key supplier and finishing relationships, improving consistency, preparation, and outcomes while reducing rework.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a senior workshop leadership role.
- Experience in bespoke or high‑end manufacturing environments e.g. lighting, architectural metalwork, electrical products.
- Strong track record delivering high‑quality bespoke products.
- Experience leading and developing skilled shop‑floor teams.
