What the role depends on

• 5 years relevant experience working within a recognised sterile services production unit including at least 2 years spent at team leader / supervisory level.
• Candidate must exhibit Leadership skills and demonstrate people management experience.
• Candidate must be able to successfully engage and communicate with customers.

• To be responsible for the management of the HSSU Production Area, ensuring efficient and effective use of the available resources to ensure Customer requirements are achieved.
