Additional role context

• Join our team in Eastbourne at our Manufacturing Centre where you'll take ownership of a fast-paced production area, leading teams on shift to deliver daily targets.
• Lead daily operations across Production, Injection Moulding and Logistics, delivering against the production plan and customer demand.
• Run shift performance using SQCDP and daily management routines, using data to identify issues.
