    Job Description

  • Lead a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all Zero Harm and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain high product quality through robust processes, RCA, audit readiness and adherence to SOPs.
  • Deliver the production plan, maximise OEE, reduce losses and lead KPI performance routines.
  • Drive continuous improvement, problem‑solving and operational excellence using structured methodologies.
  • Coach, develop and engage shift teams; build capability, succession and cross‑skilling.
  • Manage controllable costs, minimise waste and support long‑term cost‑saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Planning and other functional partners to deliver aligned results.

    • The Successful Applicant

  • Leadership experience in high‑volume manufacturing (ideally FMCG).
  • Strong understanding of quality, safety and process improvement tools.
  • Ability to lead complex change through data‑driven decision making.
  • Experience developing teams, driving accountability and building performance.
  • HND or degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
