Skills and requirements

• Experience of focusing and guiding others in accomplishing work objectives.
• An understanding of the digital production/publishing process Minimum of 4 years job experience, including two years in a manager role.
• Project management experience, particularly assessing and delivering digital content.
• Experience of managing multiple digital projects to tight timeframes.

Candidate fit

• Excellent proactive communicator to business and key stakeholders (written and verbal).

Additional role context

• Be responsible for managing the production and delivery of bespoke digital products and services to a high quality, on time and to budget.
• An excellent understanding of all print production processes.
• Able to adapt style to colleagues with varying levels of technical knowledge.
