Practical details

• A leader in continuous improvement activities, including supporting lean/6S initiatives to improve quality, and reduce waste with clear measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of quality systems such as ISO-9001, OHSAS 18001 and NQA-1.
• 5S/6S and demonstrable lean manufacturing training/experience (e.g. six sigma belts).
• Constantly promotes high standards through exemplary behaviours by actively demonstrating the company values to influence the team in behaviours expected of them.
