Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am – 4:45pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (starting rate)
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Alcester. This hands-on role involves assembling silicone-based products within a production environment, ensuring daily targets and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Work towards and achieve daily production targets
- Assemble silicone-based products in accordance with manufacturing specifications
- Follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures
About You
- Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Good manual dexterity and confident working with your hands
- Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is desirable but not essential
