Why this role may suit you

We are seeking a motivated individual to join the team as a Production Operative and Humper at our Bodmin site. Merryn in Bodmin is a beef processing facility.

What you would be doing

Be able to Lift weights and be able to move around the factory floor without assistance for the shift duration. Be familiar with the daily production plan and work as part of the team to set up the line, complete checks and ensuring materials are ready to up. Ensure that the product is of the highest standard and report any issues to the Line supervisor immediately.

What you need

• Previous experience in a similar role within the food production industry is advantageous.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Practical information

• 31 days Annual Leave (After Probation).
• This is a Full Time, permanent position working in our Slaughtering Department.
• Starting at 6.30am and working until production finishes Monday to Friday, with a salary of £12.75 per hour.
