Production Operative

The Production Operative position centres on carrying out all pre-start checks. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, reliability, and practical judgement to the role.

In the Packing Hall you'll work as part of a team to run machinery, check product quality and help maintain high production standards. Support the business with the generation of any improvement Initiatives.

Carry out all pre-start checks. Carry out product quality evaluations throughout the shift. Operate a variety of processes and equipment.

What the role depends on

• Have an understanding of good manufacturing practices and safety at work procedures.
• Can work well with others and be open to learning and change.
• Experience working with food or machinery in a quality-focused factory is valuable, but not essential.
