Warehouse Operative focuses on working on an automated/automotive production line.

What the role involves

• Working on an automated/automotive production line.
• Operating and assisting with high-tech equipment, including CNC machines and laser imaging machinery.
• Running and monitoring production lines to ensure smooth operation.
• Handling components and materials within a factory environment.
• Working safely around chemicals, following strict health & safety procedures.
• Carrying out quality checks and addressing basic production issues.

Skills and requirements

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential.
• A good working attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to problem-solve and work effectively under pressure.

Confirmed role details

• 22:00–06:00), offering £12.71 – £15.89 per hour depending on shift.
• 22:00 – 06:00 – £15.89 per hour (may not be required as this is dependant if you are put on nightshift Full Time - usual shifts rotate between Day & Mid).
• Overtime: Paid at 1.25x after 40 hours worked.
• Permanent employment opportunity.
