Production Operatives

The Production Operatives position centres on handling raw meat and other ingredients to make a variety of food products. It would suit someone who can bring can commute to the Tower Park area in Poole for 6am start times to the role.

Who the work supports

Due to the factory making raw food products candidates will be working in a cold environment of around 3 Degrees Celsius. We are recruiting for Production Operatives to work in a fast paced meat factory in Poole.

How support shows up

Handling raw meat and other ingredients to make a variety of food products. Ensuring products are made in a timely manner and to expected standards. Quality checking products to ensure standards are met.

The approach that fits

Can commute to the Tower Park area in Poole for 6am start times. Due to order numbers changing day by day the factory will book candidates through us on a daily basis.

What needs to be in place

• Previous experience working within the raw meat industry preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Job details

• 28 days Paid Annual Leave 2026 pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday).
• Possible permanent positions following successful trial period.
• Ongoing assignments throughout 2026.
• Choice of long term, short term and odd days or weekends available.
