Production Operator

This Production Operator opportunity is built around supporting production line changeovers, cleaning, realignment, and general equipment setup. It would suit someone who can bring willingness to learn and develop technical capability to the role.

Role overview

The site operates a 4 on / 4 off rotating shift pattern covering both days and nights and supplies products directly to an on-site customer. If you have not heard back within 5 working days, please assume your application has been unsuccessful.

Main responsibilities

Operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure output meets required quality standards. Supporting production line changeovers, cleaning, realignment, and general equipment setup. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and food-safe working practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment (preferred).
• Exposure to machinery, production lines, or automated processes is advantageous.
