Production Operator focuses on ensure the line is running at optimum production speed.

What the role involves

  • Ensure the line is running at optimum production speed.
  • Ensure the product is made to a good standard, whilst assisting in the assembly and packing of a variety of goods.
  • Work well with the production planners and other operators to ensure products are made and delivered on time.
  • Ensure compliance to Health and Safety regulations/procedures are always kept.
  • Ensure production area is clean and tidy and complies with Health and Safety and Food Regulations, whilst adhering to the clean as you go policy.
  • Reporting any breaches in EDME procedures to your line manager as soon as possible to ensure EDME requirements and legal requirements are met.

Confirmed role details

  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holiday.
  • (22 days for 12 hour shift workers).
