Production Shift Leader

This Production Shift Leader role is focused on leading shift operations to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time production in line with EHS and Quality standards. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

How the role is set up

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, QA, QCL) to support production schedules. Manage deviations, incidents, and support initial investigations.

Where someone would start

Leading shift operations to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time production in line with EHS and Quality standards. Supporting workforce planning, including shift cover, absence management, and contractor oversight. Plan and coordinate shift activities, including maintenance, changeovers, and resource allocation.

What is expected

• Effective time management and co-ordination skills.
• Previous demonstration of desired behaviours.
• Minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent.

Job details

• 4 consecutive working days followed by 6 days off.
