Production Support Analyst

This Production Support Analyst role is focused on to work within FLEETCOR’s technology function to deliver effective support to both external clients/suppliers and colleagues using the GFN fuel card processing platform. It would suit someone who can bring excellent personal and interpersonal communication skills to interact with a variety of individuals, including building strong relationships with other departments to the role.

Role overview

Work within Fleetcor’s IT organisation supporting both internal and external client production systems. Ability to communicate technical information in a non-technical language to users.

Main responsibilities

To work within FLEETCOR’s technology function to deliver effective support to both external clients/suppliers and colleagues using the GFN fuel card processing platform. Ensure all high priority issues are progressed effectively. Ensure production is running as expected, with issues found and fixed promptly.

Requirements

• Experience in a busy environment where it is necessary to be able to prioritise a range of different tasks.
• Good Experience of using SQL, able to run and create queries.
