Overview

A varied and unique caseload.

The role is a very hands-on position, and allows fee earners to run own caseload of pre litigated and litigated multi-track claims as well as assisting on high value disputes that the team is instructed on defending claims brought against surveyors, solicitors, construction and emerging professionals.

The role is suited someone who already has experience working in a Litigation team and is looking to join an industry leading firm and department. The ideal candidate will also:
