Program Management Consultant
Program Management Consultant focuses on program management consultants to support the design, delivery, and improvement of health and safety programs at the wsib.
What the role involves
- Program Management Consultants to support the design, delivery, and improvement of Health and Safety programs at the WSIB.
- Lead brainstorming sessions for program development, including preparing materials and guiding discussions.
- Draft program and project plans, set timelines, and create tools to measure progress and results.
- Identify possible impacts on people, processes, and systems, as well as any policy or legal considerations.
- Report on program progress, flagging any issues and suggesting solutions.
- Research best practices and summarize findings for review.
Skills and requirements
- Experience with managing Health & Safety Programs, or Health and Safety and/or disability management professional designation are considered assets but not required.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Completed a post-secondary degree from a recognized university in business administration, public administration, or social/health sciences.
