Programme Delivery Manager

The Programme Delivery Manager position centres on leading the delivery of a tunnels and technology portfolios of projects within the Region’s in-year capital programme, from preliminary design to introduction into service. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Leading the delivery of a tunnels and technology portfolios of projects within the Region’s in-year capital programme, from preliminary design to introduction into service. Delivering effective leadership and oversight of supplier performance so that technical, customer service and performance standards are met, and that any early warnings, risks and iss. Ensure that all projects in scope are delivered within agreed parameters for quality, cost and time, ensuring they meet intended outcomes, customer service levels, quality and heal.

• Proactively contribute to the identification and delivery of efficiencies, implementing relevant changes in own area of responsibility.
• Recognised qualification in relevant engineering discipline or extensive experience in delivery of civil engineering projects and programmes.
• Extensive experience of managing the delivery of high value capital investment programmes and project portfolios.
