Skills and requirements

• Degree qualified in a technical, manufacturing or project management related discipline, or with equivalent non-academic experience. A recognised project management qualification i.
• Experienced Programme Manager with a successful track record in setting up and executing complex projects to schedule, budget and quality with P&L accountability.
• Develop corrective actions based on interpretation of available project performance data and metrics.
• Experience in project financial management and reporting, ensuring a complete and accurate view is available on request.

Confirmed role details

• 25 days holiday (increasing to 27 days) + statutory public holidays.
• Contributory Pension Scheme (up to 10.5% company contribution).
• Six times salary ‘Life Assurance’.
• 37hr standard working week, with an early finish on Fridays. A ‘Hybrid Working Model’.
