Main responsibilities

Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners, and act as a trusted advisor and point of contact. Identify and secure new business opportunities, and support the preparation and delivery of bids and proposals. Leading and manage the delivery of complex real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost and quality sta.
