Programme Manager

Programme Manager focuses on programme leadership: lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multi-solution projects, including but not limited to implementation, upgrades, and integrations.

What the role involves

• Programme Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multi-solution projects, including but not limited to implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
• Maintaining a comprehensive programme roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring solutions support the long-term strategy and vision of the customer.
• Strategic Planning & Alignment: Develop.
• Ensure successful adoption of solutions across various departments.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key customer business stakeholders to understand their requirements.
• Leading cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, business analysts, and functional consultants. Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale, complex projects & programmes with multiple workstreams. Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Azure Dev Ops).
• Significant experience of delivering projects/workstreams within complex technology or business transformation programmes.
• Proven track record of managing supplier delivery within complex projects & programmes.
