Generation has been supporting the retail and hospitality industry for over 22 years, providing field service maintenance to the biggest hospitality chains across the UK. Coordinate implementer activity and sign-offs.
What the role carries
Maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers, and asset records. Managing BAU IMACs and larger rollout programmes. Managing accommodation bookings, travel, and POs within budget.

Strong professional approach. Confident working with multiple stakeholders and live projects.
What the role depends on
- Experience using CRM / ticketing / scheduling systems.
- Experience with EPOS, IT deployments, or hospitality environments.
- Strong scheduling, organisation, and multitasking skills.
