Advanced skills in Primavera P6, project controls tools, and financial systems such as SAP. Guide project teams in establishing robust control estimates, supporting the wider estimating and cost tracking processes.
How support shows up
Leading and manage a team of Planning Engineers and Cost Engineers, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of project controls activities across the portfolio. Work closely with Project Managers to provide analytically support, intelligent reporting, and risk insights that drive decision-making and delivery performance. Supporting forward resource planning and play a hands-on role in recruitment, mentoring, and upskilling of your team.

What needs to be in place
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging at all levels of management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a numerate or technical discipline is preferred.
- Extensive experience in project controls leadership, ideally within the nuclear, energy, or major infrastructure sectors.
