Project Controls Specialists focuses on delivering to performance and reporting management plans for our clients based on project requirements, maturity, and best practice.

What the role involves

  • Delivering to performance and reporting management plans for our clients based on project requirements, maturity, and best practice.
  • Roll out reporting calendars to ensure a consistent drumbeat of performance data and sufficient time to assure.
  • Leading the development, analysis and maintenance of corporate datasets.
  • Provide guidance and advice on data quality issues to a wide variety of data providers.
  • Leading material preparation for governance through projects, programmes, portfolios and the enterprise.
  • Identify performance recovery recommendations for relevant stakeholders and management to support effective decision making.

Skills and requirements

  • Travel within Scotland is required dependent on the project and can be discussed further during the recruitment process.
  • Experience in a project or programme environment is essential.
  • An understanding of how other aspects of Project Controls (Scheduling, Cost Control, Change Control) interact with Reporting.
  • Demonstrable track record in identifying reporting and data requirements and documenting these using the appropriate types of tools and documentation.
