- Ensure project procedures are followed and where required the management of change and task risk assessments are completed.
- Assist in the safe and smooth running of all project activities both onshore and offshore.
- Ensure project resources are supplied on schedule.
Job details
- As Project Coordinator you will be supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day project management tasks.
- Development and coordination of documents including manuals, bridging documents, designs, procedures, drawings and specifications and schedules.
- Ideally you will have previous experience of working within marine / underwater / diving industry and will be located in Aberdeen (office-based role).
- Setting up and attending various kick off meetings, recording and distribution of minutes.
