Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator focuses on record management. ensure project documentation is maintained in accordance with established governance requirements and procedures.

What the role involves

• Record management. Ensure project documentation is maintained in accordance with established governance requirements and procedures.
• Supporting the Vice President, Project Directors, and Project Managers with project administration and governance compliance, including document control, reporting.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Track and follow up on project action items, approvals, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to support project.

Skills and requirements

• Ability to enter data into various software systems and interpret the outputs of digital software. Ability to manipulate data using software such as databases, excel and a variety.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to interpret spreadsheets and bar graphs.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standard.
