What the role involves

  • Supporting Technical expert in the design, development, and validation of interior switch systems, ensuring they meet functional, quality, and safety standards for automotive applicat.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, electrical, software, and quality departments to develop innovative switch technologies.
  • Work & manage the design and development of switches into vehicle platforms, from concept to production, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
  • Preparing and execute DVP (Design Validation Plan).
  • Support testing phases to ensure switches meet rigorous performance criteria.
  • Conduct DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to identify and mitigate potential risks and failures in the design phase.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
