  • Educated to HND/HNC level or relevant industry experience with a minimum of 2-years proven experience in a comparable role/s.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Proven experience administering and working with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016+.
  • Proven Experience deploying Microsoft Windows Updates (WSUS).
