Project Engineer focuses on be an integral member of the site's project engineering team, reporting into the site's capex leader and be responsible for all aspects of mechanical, utilities, and building fabri.

What the role involves

  • Be an integral member of the Site's Project Engineering team, reporting into the Site's CAPEX leader and be responsible for all aspects of Mechanical, Utilities, and Building Fabri.
  • Participating in the long-term project selection and prioritization process.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design a viable solution for the proposed project.
  • Provide a preliminary (+/- 30%) cost estimate based on the initial design.
  • Overseeing the Management of Change process for the proposed project design.
  • Development and accountability for detailed (+/- 10%) project costing.

Skills and requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven Project Engineering experience.
  • Process pipework knowledge experience.
  • Foundational mechanical qualifications (i.e. HNC/HND, City & Guilds, etc.).
  • Experience or working knowledge of ATEX environments.
