Project Engineer

What the role involves

• Ideally be from a process driven environment & understand interactions between moving parts.
• Covering process machinery/plant design & associated ancillary equipment, bearings, shafts, rotating machinery, seals etc.
• Analyse results gained from product tests to ensure proposals meet client requirements.
• Preparing detailed cost estimates and produce proposal documents to present to the client.
• Production staff to jointly manage the clients requirement.
• 5+ years working in mechanical engineering or a process engineering environment.

Skills and requirements

• Qualifications and experience: * Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in mechanical engineering.

Confirmed role details

• This is a permanent role paying £50,000 - £55,000 per annum dependant on level of experience.

Additional role context

• Our client, based in the East Cheshire area, are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer.
• Hours of work are Monday to Friday *8am to 4.30pm.
• This is a really varied role dealing with the internal design.
