As a Project Engineering Manager, the work centres on providing leadership and direction to the existing engineering support team to ensure production output targets are achieved, managing the prioritisation of activities and deployme. It would suit someone who can bring reliability, clear communication, and practical judgement to the role.

How the role is set up

Strong team leadership skills evidenced by a good track record of successful team management in a challenging business environment, preferably with a focus towards production / man. Leading, and continuing to grow and develop the existing team, you will have full responsibility for all aspects of engineering support to production of the Captor-E radar.
