• Partner with programme and project managers to drive financial discipline and accountability.
• Ensure robust processes covering revenue recognition, cost allocation and stage of completion.
• Regularly review WIP exposure, risks and recoverability.
• Driving improvements in cash conversion and billing accuracy.
