Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • Support the design and rollout of their global transformation program, including the Target Operating Model & Digital Strategy
  • Lead or assist in cross-functional projects, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement across multiple geographies
  • Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Develop and implement SOPs and best practices across global offices

    • Qualifications required:

  • Committed to life-long learning/CPD – CII Certificate completed or underway

    • Experience required:

  • They’re seeking a candidate with deep expertise in business analysis within a commercial Reinsurance context, who also brings knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm in other areas
  • Experience in London Market insurance (and reinsurance ideally) broking workflows, claims lifecycle, and compliance
  • Insurance platforms: OpenTWINS or similar PAS. Whitespace/PPL, a broking or underwriting workbenches; CRMs
