Skills and requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on medium to large-scale construction projects (preferably education or public sector).
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and Tier One/Tier Two contractor processes.
• Relevant qualifications (, degree in Construction Management or equivalent).
