• Accountable for the detailed engineering integrated planning and execution to the plan.
• Coordinating COE’s engineering activities to achieve overall budgeted hours for all packages.
• Leading monthly scheduled reviews that track progress and spending by team.
• Driving on-time delivery through regular meetings and detailed team engagement.
• Lead multi-disciplined, geographically dispersed teams.

Skills and requirements

• Masters or bachelor’s degree in engineering or science-based discipline.
• Previous experience in positions such as project engineering, system engineering or project engineering management at product or system level.

• ownership, planning discipline, stakeholder communication, and practical delivery judgement

Additional role context

• Responsible for the project technical relationship with the client.
• Resolve any deviations from the early baseline on the S-curve for engineering.
