What the role involves

  • We're one global team driven by our common purpose to deliver a better world.
  • Managing projects from inception through to completion, covering design, procurement, site delivery, and commissioning phases.
  • Collaborating with the wider project management team to successfully deliver capital investment projects.
  • Acting as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring client objectives are clearly understood and achieved.
  • Leading project management commissions and taking full accountability for successful project delivery.
  • Planning, directing, and supervising all activities associated with moderately sized projects involving moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact.

Skills and requirements

  • Bring experience within the buildings sector, along with the following qualifications and professional credentials.
  • A postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • Chartered status with one of the following professional bodies: RICS.
  • Membership or affiliation with APM would be advantageous.
