- Monitoring and applying performance management techniques.
- Managing the change control process.
Skills and requirements
- Evidence of delivering projects in live and occupied operational buildings.
- Experience of leading small to medium-sized construction projects of medium/high complexity.
- Experience of stakeholder engagement in complex, operational environments.
- Experience of dealing with multiple clients at differing locations at any one time.
