Project Manager

This Project Manager role is focused on supporting oversee task-by-task operations and maintain performance standards. It would suit someone who can bring strong leadership and operational judgement to the role.

The value of the projects are up to 2 million and there will be a Site Manager, Quantity Surveyor and contractors Onsite. Experience in programming, (MS Projects/Asta) Keeping up to date health and safety schedules.

• Liaising with the client, staff and personnel Onsite as well as being courteous in your approach.
• Reporting back to Management.

Practical information

• Experience in healthcare or education would be advantageous.
• A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager/Contract Manager to join a Construction Contractor initially on a site in Portishead and then to move between the two sites.
• Work model: On-site.
